...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM EDT FRIDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
counties, Bedford and Somerset.

* WHEN...From 4 AM EDT Friday through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. Area
creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more
heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Thunderstorms may produce heavy rain late tonight and early
Friday morning in areas that are already prone to flash
flooding due to heavy rain that fell on Tuesday.
